How fast will my personalised gift be dispatched?
Personalised items (custom text, laser engraving, photo prints) require 24–48 hours for artwork review, precision production, and quality checking prior to dispatch.
Is same-day delivery available in Bhubaneswar?
Local express service may be available for selected products and eligible Bhubaneswar pincodes. Availability depends on order time, production requirements and operational serviceability.
Can I preview my custom text or photo before ordering?
Absolutely. Our Personalisation Studio allows real-time text layout preview and photo cropping with explicit spelling confirmation before adding the item to cart.
What is your return policy for personalised gifts?
Because custom gifts are hand-engraved specifically for you, they cannot be returned for change of mind. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we provide a free replacement or 100% refund.
