Customers are required to explicitly verify all custom text, names, dates, and preview croppings before adding a personalised item to cart. The Atelier is not responsible for typos submitted by the customer.
2. Photo Quality & Content Rules
Uploaded customer photos must meet minimum resolution guidelines. Uploaded content must not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or contain unlawful or offensive material.
3. Data Security & Storage
Customer-uploaded media assets are processed securely using temporary signed URLs and retained only for order fulfillment purposes.
