Our Master Artisan Process
From centuries-old Odisha pottery traditions and palm leaf etching to modern studio laser engraving and signature wax-sealed unboxing.
Raw Material Sourcing & Natural Clay Seasoning
Every masterpiece begins with natural, ethically sourced raw materials. Our artisans collect rich riverbank clay from the Mahanadi valley and hand-select mature Talapatra palm leaves dried naturally under the Odisha sun for over 30 days.
Hand-Sculpting & Needle Etching
Master potters shape clay on traditional wheels while woodcarvers and Pattachitra artists use fine iron needles (Lekhani) to hand-etch intricate mythological scenes, floral medallions, and traditional motifs into palm leaves.
Natural Pigments & Jhoti Art Painting
Coloring is done using 100% natural organic pigments — lampblack soot, conch shell white, yellow orpiment, and red stone powders. Terracotta pieces receive hand-painted white rice-paste (Jhoti) patterns before high-temperature kiln firing.
Personalisation & Studio Engraving
When you customize a gift, your custom names, dates, or messages are passed to our laser engraving station in Bhubaneswar. We engrave hardwood bases, ceramics, and apply 24k gold foil accents with zero fading.
Signature Unboxing & Express Dispatch
Every order is inspected for perfection, wrapped in protective eco-cushioning, encased in a rigid magnetic keepsake box, bound with satin ribbon, and sealed with our hand-stamped wax emblem before express dispatch.
